User Deletion Data

How to Request Deletion of Your Data from Simigo

 

If you are a user of Simigo (via Facebook Login or any other method) and wish to request deletion of your personal data, please follow these steps:

 
  1. Send an email to our Data Protection Officer at:

    • Your full name
    • The email address associated with your Simigo account
    • Your Simigo user ID (if known)
    • A clear statement: “I request the deletion of my personal data from Simigo.”

    • Provide a link to track the status of your deletion request
    • Complete the deletion within 30 days, unless legally prohibited
  4. What we delete:
    We will permanently delete your:

    • Account profile
    • AI-generated content (unless required by law)
    • eSIM purchase history (after legal retention period)
    • Usage logs tied to your identity
  5. Exceptions:
    We may retain certain data if required by law (e.g., financial records for tax compliance) or to prevent fraud. If we cannot fully delete your data, we will explain why.
